Alla Crosbie first came to Ireland 18years ago as an accompanist for The Russian State Ballet Company.

​

She got her Bachelor's degree from Belorussian State Music College in Music Theory, History, Science and Composition at the age of 19.

At the age of 23 she graduated from Belorussian State Pedagogical University as Master in Music Education, Educational Psychology and Performing Arts.

​

In 2013 Alla successfully completed Berklee's College of Music course in Jazz Improvisation in class of living Jazz legend, 15 Grammys nominee and 7 Grammys winner Gary Burton.

​

Being mostly a Music educator and solo performer, since 2013 she is also a principal conductor for The Millennium Choir and a Musical Director of Leitrim Male Choir. She collaborated and worked alongside in both church and secular events with some Ireland's foremost singers and recording artists Charlie McGettigan and Eleanor Shanley.

​

Also she worked with some of well known singers/vocalists from the West of Ireland : Gavin Sweeney, Sinead Conway, Ilse Lubbers, Eimer Reynolds, Deirdre McCabe, Lorraine McLoughlin, Bernadine Casselry, to name a few.
